Professional training for auxiliary libraries ? 2025/2026
A II. Ferenc Rákóczi Library announce the professional training of assistant librarians for the 2025/2026 academic year on the basis of programme requirement 03225002.

Place of training: the Second Division The teaching room is located on the ground floor of the central building of Ferenc Rákóczi Library. (3530 Miskolc, Görgey A. u. 11.)
Time of training: 10 September 2025 ? 20 May 2026
Expected date of the exam: June 2026
Number of training hours: 440 hours (340 contact hours + 100 hours of internship)
Form of training: group training

Possibilities to measure and account for prior knowledge:
Exemption for participants with ECDL knowledge from completing the course on ECDL knowledge for librarians (certificate: by solving a series of computer-based practical exercises, min. 51%(resulting in )
Qualifying exam: participants may take the examination for the qualification related to professional training, which is organised by an accredited examination centre, and the examination fee shall be paid in accordance with Decree No 12/2020. (II. 7) is laid down in the Government Decree.
Eligibility for the qualification test is subject to: a certificate issued by the training institution attesting that the professional training requirements have been met.
Level of professional qualification that can be obtained with the course:
– according to the European Qualifications Framework (EQF): 5
– according to the Hungarian Qualifications Framework (MQF): 5
– according to the Digital Competence Framework: 5
Participation fee: 100.000,- Ft
The participation fee can be paid by bank transfer or in cash, in one full amount or in two instalments.
Deadline for application?: 25 August 2025
We ask that the application form by the specified deadline (25 August 2025), send a copy of the school-leaving certificate and the document certifying the highest level of education in person or by post to Annex II. It is located in the central building of Ferenc Rákóczi Library (3530 Miskolc, Görgey Artúr u. 11.) for a secretariat.
In view of the establishment plan, filled-in applications will be received in the order in which they are received by the institution.
