You can report in the internal whistleblowing system:
a) by the organization concerned employed,
b) an employee whose employment relationship with the organization has ended,
c) the person in respect of whom the procedure for establishing this legal relationship has been initiated with the organization,
d) is self-employed, the individual company, if it has a contractual relationship with the organisation,
e) with regard to the organization does he own a shareholding?,
f) the administration of the organization, Chief executive officer?, a person belonging to its supervisory body, including a non-executive member,
g) has entered into, has entered into or has entered into a contractual relationship with the organisation person under the supervision and control of a contractor, subcontractor or supplier,
Do you work for the organization? trainee and volunteer,
a person wishing to enter into a legal relationship or a contractual relationship with the organisation within the meaning of points (d), (e) or (g) in respect of whom the procedure for entering into such a legal relationship or contractual relationship has commenced, and
j) a person whose legal relationship or contractual relationship with the organisation has ended in accordance with points d), e) or g).
